GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR DECISION TO PURCHASE.

1. General
This Website is intended only for consumers/retailers wishing to order Shaver-Parts products online for delivery anywhere.

Shaver Parts reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior
notice. Such change however will have no effect on orders that were submitted before posting of such revised terms
and conditions.

2. Order Products
We do not sell directly to consumers but retailers only. Consumers will find still proposal where to buy, potential webshops.
Please note that the on-screen display of the products may differ from the actual appearance or size of products offered
on the Website.

3. Pricing Policy
All prices are mostly in Euro's. Prices shall be those prices published at potential Shops/Webshops.
Shaver-Parts does not have an influence on price offered by retailers.

4. Delivery
Shaver Parts will not deliver to consumers, to retailers only.
Shaver Parts shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses for failure to delivery by Retailer/Webshops.

5. Warranty
5.1 Foils & Cutters
If you buy at any shop or Webshop:
Check the blister carefully before opening this, if any doubts, send it back.
Shaver Parts warrants that the foils & cutters supplied by Shaver Parts are perfect checked and sealed before delivery
to retailers.
After opening the blister, we agreed as used. You can't send it back to your Webshop because it will be stated as used,
foil's & cutters mixed etc.
The shop / Webshop cannot sell them again. On products which can wear-out, you can't get any warranty.
During normal use, you can use this product for at least one year. It also depends on the way of handling foils & cutters,
if you clean carefully by brush, give it a drop of oil after drying if you washed them etc., taking care of this product
defines the lifetime and cutting performance.
Shaver-Part's is not responsible for damage to you personal or to your shaver by using our foils & cutters.
Until now, we didn't get any complaints, but we are open for claims and suggestions.

The product must be returned, just in case, to the address specified by your shop or Webshop warranty service department.
Except as expressly set forth in these terms and conditions, to the fullest extent permitted by the law Shaver Part's
hereby disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. The limited warranty set forth above will not affect
or prejudice your statutory rights.

6. Return of Products
If the blister is not opened, you may return the product but depending on the requirements of your shop/webshop.
You must leave the product in its original condition and packaging. 
After said 8 business day period after delivery to the delivery address, you will be deemed to have accepted the product.
The return option is not available if you have opened the packaging.
Please check the requirements at your shop or Webshop.

7. Product Availability
Shaver Parts may modify any product offered by shops/webshops at any time, or may discontinue delivery of any product
offered on your shop/webshop at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability
In the event you are not a consumer, or you are using the product ordered for business purposes, Shaver Parts liability
hereunder shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law Shaver Parts hereby disclaims any and all liability for any consequential, special
or indirect damage, loss of profits, business opportunity or goodwill or a claim of a third party even if Shaver Part's has
been advised of the possibility of such damage.

9. Transaction Data
Shaver Parts's records relating to the transaction shall be deemed correct and conclusive unless proven otherwise.

10. Governing Law; Competent Court
Your purchase of (a) product(s) shown on this Website and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the substantive
laws of The Netherlands. The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale
of Goods is explicitly excluded. Any claim or dispute hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of The Netherlands.
